Key Responsibilities Account Management & Growth
Own and develop a portfolio of high‑value accounts across Pharma, Distribution, and Custom Packaging channels.
Identify new business opportunities, expand share of wallet, and build long‑term partnerships.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and commercial terms to achieve revenue and margin goals.
Market & Product Expertise
Serve as a subject‑matter expert on specialty chemicals (APIs, excipients, intermediates, additives, packaging chemicals, etc.).
Translate customer requirements into actionable technical and commercial solutions.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, competitive activity, and supply/demand dynamics that influence customer strategy.
Customer Engagement
Conduct quarterly business reviews, forecast customer demand, and ensure service excellence.
Collaborate with technical, regulatory, supply chain, and quality teams to resolve issues and support product qualifications.
Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Operations to execute growth strategies.
Drive project execution for custom packaging, reformulation, new product introduction, and value‑creation programs.
Support S&OP processes through accurate forecasting, opportunity pipeline management, and risk mitigation.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of commercial experience in specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, distribution, or packaging industries.
Strong understanding of regulated markets (GMP, quality systems, compliance expectations).
Demonstrated success in key account management, business development, and strategic selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to travel as required (10‑25%).
