Inside Sales Representative
for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in
Hartland, WI ! The Inside Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling quotes, order entry, and order management while delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong technical understanding, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset to drive sales and maintain long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing quotes, lead times, and product information Interpret blueprints and drawings to accurately assess specifications and pricing Prepare and manage quotes, orders, and customer data within internal systems Coordinate with operations and sales teams to expedite orders and resolve issues Build strong customer relationships while handling objections, concerns, and negotiations Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, machining, fabrication, or a similar industrial environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or manufacturing software experience preferred Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused, detail-oriented approach Salary & Schedule Onsite in Hartland, WI Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Up to $75,000 base salary plus commission (estimated $90k-$100k)
