Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound outreach (calls, texts, emails) to growth‑focused companies

Manage inbound leads and existing prospect database

Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments

Conduct sales meetings and close new business

Collaborate with leadership on improving prospecting and sales strategies

Research and source information on potential clients

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow‑up systems

Qualifications

Strong culture and values fit with GDG Media

Ability to make outbound calls in a quiet, professional environment

Excellent listening skills and professional phone/Zoom presence

Comfortable using technology and CRM systems

Strong written and verbal communication

Previous cold outreach or sales experience preferred

Experience in digital marketing, consulting, or business services is a plus

Compensation

Commission‑only contract role

Commissions up to $3,750 per sale

Average sales cycle under 30 days

Six figures ($100,000+) is achievable in Year 1 for strong performers
