Merchology is in search of an Account Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team. As the initial point of contact for customer inquiries regarding premium branded products, this role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless sales process. Reporting directly to a Sales Supervisor, the Account Coordinator will play a crucial role in vetting potential buyers, ensuring they meet qualification criteria before passing leads to teammates for further engagement.
Primary Responsibilities A successful Account Coordinator will:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment interacting with colleagues and customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat
Communicate with customers to qualify leads, identify project details, and route leads throughout the sales team
Meet team KPIs related to customer engagements, customer contact timelines, and inbound and outbound calls
Proactively and reactively reach out to customers to increase customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction
Have a collaborative demeanor to build relationships and trust with internal team members and customers
Additional projects or duties as assigned
Requirements Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Preferred previous experience in a customer service or sales role such as in retail, restaurant, sales, or an office environment
Friendly and team-oriented attitude to Win as a Team
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
HubSpot or CRM knowledge a plus
Efficient and detail-oriented
Ability to type 45 WPM
