Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Chanhassen, MN, for an Inside Sales Account Manager. The Inside Sales Account Manager will proactively manage relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service while driving sales growth. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, managing accounts, building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities. The role requires collaborating closely with customers to understand their needs and offering tailored automotive parts solutions to enhance their operations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales and Account Management to effectively grow and manage client portfolios

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs and resolve issues promptly

Demonstrated ability in Relationship Building to foster trust and long‑term partnerships with clients

Experience in the automotive or wholesale industry is a plus

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
