We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Plumbing B2B Outside Sales / Comfort Advisor to expand our commercial customer base and cultivate long-term relationships throughout Hurst and the greater DFW area. What You’ll Do
Prospect, generate, and close new business opportunities in light commercial plumbing (strip malls, retail centers, office parks, property management, etc.)
Conduct on-site consultations, assess plumbing needs, and present value-driven solutions
Build and maintain long-term B2B client relationships
Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and customer satisfaction goals
Coordinate closely with operations and service teams to ensure seamless delivery
Represent the Sunny Services brand at field visits and local networking events
What You Bring
2+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience (plumbing, HVAC, or facilities services preferred)
Working knowledge of plumbing systems and project scoping
Proven consultative sales skills and the ability to earn client trust quickly
Results-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Compensation & Commission Structure
Base Salary:
$55,000 annually, paid weekly
Monthly Commission Structure:
$0–$74,999 = 2%
$75,000–$119,999 = 2.5%
$120,000–$149,999 = 3%
$150,000–$179,999 = 3.5%
$180,000+ = 4%
Commissions are paid monthly based on fully paid work.
All job costing must reflect a 60% gross profit margin (GPM) unless price is pre-approved by the Plumbing Division Manager.
