The Opportunity We’re searching for an experiencedSales Managerwho can bothclose personal sales and build out a high-performance regional team. of net contract (no cap) Back-Office Support - Estimating templates, production coordination, supplements, collections What You’ll Do Own your pipeline – prospect door-to-door, run company-generated leads, and manage deals through our CRM. Close insurance restoration projects – perform inspections, meet adjusters, scope damage, write estimates, and secure signed contracts. Recruit, hire & train – build a team of A-player reps; owners assist with recruiting funnels, ads, and onboarding. Coach to performance – ride-alongs, role-plays, and metric reviews; drive reps to quota. Track KPIs – report daily activity, sales volume, revenue, and profit goals. Collaborate with production – ensure smooth project hand-offs and five-star customer experiences. What You Bring 3+ years proven success selling insurance-paid roofing (residential or light commercial). Documented $1 M+ annual personal volume

or 100+ roofs closed per year. Track record building or leading a sales team a plus (trainer, field manager, or similar). Skilled closer: objection handling, contingency agreements, carrier negotiations. Tech-savvy with smartphones, measurement apps, CRM / estimating platforms.
