The Intermediate Interior Designer will oversee the firm's projects from conception to completion. Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field preferred
A minimum of 3-5+ years prior experience in the interior design field with strong project management skills is required
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple interior design projects, including new construction residential projects
Experience working with a high-net-worth or luxury residential client base is required
Experience with design software like AutoCAD and Studio Designer; familiarity with other project management software is beneficial
In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques is necessary to guide the project and make informed decisions, particularly within new construction environments
Excellent communication skills are vital for interacting with clients, design team members, contractors, and other stakeholders, with a high level of professionalism and sophistication
A creative mindset is important for generating innovative ideas and solutions that meet the client's needs and preferences
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously is crucial for keeping the project on track and ensuring timely completion
