About:

Boutique Recruiting is building a high-output content engine anchored by podcast, video, and multi-platform distribution and we are looking for the person who can run production from the inside.

This is a hands‑on production role focused on turning recorded conversations, podcast episodes, and raw footage into polished, high‑quality content across formats. You will not be responsible for high‑level strategy. You will be responsible for making the content real, clean, and ready to perform. If you know how to take raw audio and video and turn it into something people actually want to watch and listen to, this is your role.

Salary Range: Up to $75,000 / yearly

Position Title: Creative Content Producer (Multi‑Media)

Responsibilities

Own the end‑to‑end production process for podcast, video, and social content

Edit full‑length podcast episodes (audio + video) with clean sound, pacing, and flow

Produce short‑form clips from long‑form content (reels, shorts, TikToks, etc.)

Handle audio cleanup, leveling, and quality control for podcast distribution

Manage video editing, formatting, captions, and platform‑specific outputs

Storyboard and plan content shoots in collaboration with leadership

Organize and manage content pipelines, assets, and production timelines

Coordinate recording sessions and ensure smooth production workflows

Break down podcast and long‑form content into multi‑platform deliverables

Ensure all content is on‑brand, polished, and consistent

Leverage AI tools to streamline content production, accelerate workflows, and enhance creative output

Requirements

3–6+ years of video + audio production experience (podcast experience strongly preferred)

Strong skills in video editing, audio editing, and post‑production tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, etc.)

Experience producing podcasts and long‑form content, then repurposing into short‑form

Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and content flow

Highly organized with strong production and project management skills

Detail‑oriented with a high standard for quality and finish

Ability to take direction and execute quickly without constant oversight

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment

Experience marketing staffing services or recruiting firms is a major plus

Experience marketing in a service‑based organization is required

Strong understanding of how social media drives awareness, trust, and inbound demand in a B2B environment

Hands‑on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar) to support and accelerate content creation
