A leading manufacturer of bath and beach towels is seeking a Freelance Designer to join their team. Must have strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator to be considered!
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Designer to support the design and development of bath and beach home fashion products. This role requires a strong understanding of textiles, technical design, and current market trends. The Senior Designer will collaborate cross-functionally to create innovative, high-quality bath products including jacquard, dobby, and printed bath and beach towels. Senior Designer Responsibilities:
Design and develop bath collections aligned with retail and market trends.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, brand directors, and factory teams to ensure timely product development and sampling.
Partner with the VP of Design to create market-ready product and showroom collections, including color direction and visual storytelling.
Stay informed on consumer preferences, retail trends, market innovations, and emerging design directions.
Create technical design CADs from concept through final sampling.
Maintain organized documentation of design files and product specifications.
Senior Designer Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in home textiles, with bath product experience preferred.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong aesthetic sensibility with a keen eye for color, materials, and emerging trends within the home category.
