Property Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Fort Lauderdale (100% Onsite) Pay Rate: $20$25/hour Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations for a property management team. This is a fully onsite, temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in commercial or residential property management. The role will provide hands-on exposure to property operations, tenant support, and administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to property managers and site leadership Assist with lease documentation, tenant files, and general recordkeeping Prepare, process, and track correspondence related to tenants, vendors, and internal teams Coordinate work orders, service requests, and vendor communication Support invoice processing, purchase orders, and basic billing documentation Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and tenant communications as needed Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors professionally Perform general office and clerical duties to support daily operations Qualifications
1+ year of experience in administrative support, office administration, or property-related roles Prior exposure to property management, real estate, leasing, or facilities is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite office environment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour Search managed by: Nikki Caudill Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
