Medicare Sales Advisor
to join our growing insurance platform serving members through
established credit union partnerships . This role is designed for a licensed Medicare professional who values long-term relationships, consultative selling, and sustainable book growth, not high-pressure call-center sales. You will work with
warm, inbound Medicare leads provided through trusted credit union relationships , supported by strong carrier access, internal sales support, and a relationship-driven model that prioritizes retention and compliance. In addition, we are actively exploring
acquisitions of Medicare books of business and agencies , making this an ideal role for agents interested in long-term growth, succession planning, or transitioning an existing book into a larger platform. What You’ll Do
Consult with Medicare-eligible individuals on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D options Manage inbound and referred Medicare leads generated through credit union partnerships Conduct compliant needs-based consultations and enrollments Build and retain a high-quality Medicare book of business Support annual AEP, OEP, and SEP enrollment activity Collaborate with internal sales, service, and compliance teams Maintain accurate documentation and CRM activity Deliver a high-touch, relationship-focused client experience What We’re Looking For
Active Life & Health insurance license
(Pennsylvania required) 2+ years of Medicare sales experience Proven understanding of Medicare Advantage, Supplements, and Part D Strong compliance awareness and documentation discipline Consultative, client-first sales approach Comfortable working remotely while serving a defined regional footprint Existing Medicare book of business is a plus (not required) Growth & Acquisition Opportunities
