We're hiring an Experienced Sales /Estimator to handle insulation and duct system estimates
for a growing residential insulation/HVAC/home performance company in Phoenix. This role is for someone who understands homes, airflow, and how to build accurate, profitable jobs.
Position:
Insulation & Duct Sales / Estimator
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday - Full Time
Pay:
Commission - Expected Annual Earning $70,000 - $150,000 - Uncapped Earning Potential!
What You'll Do
Run in-home estimates for insulation (attics, air sealing) and duct systems
Diagnosing comfort and airflow issues
Build clear, accurate proposals that solve problems
Educate homeowners and close jobs
Hand off clean, well-scoped projects to install teams
Requirements
Experience estimating insulation, HVAC, or duct systems
Strong understanding of insulation, thermodynamics and ability to learn ductwork & airflow basics
Good with homeowners - clear, confident, not pushy, professional
Organized and detail-oriented
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
