We are looking for a self-starter who is excited to jump into a customer-oriented role in the pertinent industry of transportation and logistics at our office right outside of Denver, in Glendale, CO! Prosponsive Logistics is a third-party logistics company (3PL) with a focus on building relationships externally with customers and carriers, and internally with our co-workers, tenured and new to the team! We are growing in sales, size and people, and we hope YOU are eager to be an important component to our growth and success! We are seeking a full-time multi-tasking organizer, planner, and communicator to add to our Denver team... does that sound like you??
Job Purpose: In this role you will be responsible for providing assistance to Account Managers on our team in Denver, and help support their assigned customer accounts.
Details:
This role is compensated in $42,500 base salary plus eligibility for monthly commission.
The schedule is Monday through Friday 7 am until 4 pm MT, in office everyday.
Extremely organized & detail-oriented
Superior phone and email etiquette; will be on the phone with our customers setting pick-up and delivery appointments
Ability to reach out to and communicate effectively with employees
Provide superior customer service with a sense of urgency
Accountability, the successful candidate will be held accountable for your job responsibilities.
Strong knack for task and time management
Core Daily Functions:
Responsible for continuous awareness of customer appointment setting needs
Responsible for inputting freight into the TMS system
Responsible for uploading/scanning tenders into the load.
Responsible for setting pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers
Keeps AMs aware of any scheduling issues on a very timely basis
Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external contacts
Participates and provides expertise as a member of the account management team.
Provides input for streamlining processes
Document shipping and receiving requirements for all locations.
Shows development into the role and proves ability to engage with customers directly.
We require the following:
College Degree 2-year accepted
Professional speaking voice and demeanor
A friendly, strong team player with a 'can do' attitude
Must be able to demonstrate a sense of pride in all you do
A drive to deeply learn the ins and outs of a transportation brokerage
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office products
Tech-savvy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
