Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative

Position Summary Represent Coastal Air Plus to prospective commercial customers, drive new business through strategic prospecting and lead generation, and close service agreements. This role manages the full sales cycle, with a strong emphasis on self-generated leads in addition to company-provided opportunities, while building and maintaining long-term commercial client relationships.
Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, occasional overtime may be required.
Pay Structure: Base + Commission. Target yearly compensation $100,000+

Required Qualifications
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Strong organizational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new commercial sales opportunities
Present company services and value propositions to potential commercial clients
Qualify prospects and assess facility needs to recommend appropriate service agreements
Prepare and present competitive, profitable maintenance agreement proposals
Close sales and meet or exceed individual sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts
Build and nurture long-term relationships with commercial customers
Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new agreements
Participate in networking events, business associations, and community outreach
Salary: $100000.00 per year
