**Job Description**
This individual contributor position supports the Federal Deployment Program for Oracle Health Government Services within the Clinical Experience team. The role focuses on enabling successful deployment execution through strong consulting, documentation, and issue management.
**Responsibilities**
**To be successful in this role:**
+ Collaborate with stakeholders-including clinical end users and leadership at the client to align organizational goals, foster cross-functional collaboration, and support successful EHR implementation
+ Drive end-user adoption by identifying barriers, reinforcing workflow best practices, and supporting effective readiness and go-live execution
+ Resolve implementation challenges by coordinating stakeholders, facilitating timely decisions, and ensuring clear ownership and follow-through
+ Leverage clinical data analytics to support evidence-based decision-making, regulatory adherence, and longer-term sustainment objectives
+ Serve as a liaison between clinicians and IT teams-translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations that support patient care and operational outcomes
+ Apply strong strategic communication skills to deliver concise, executive-ready updates and promote organizational cohesion and shared goals
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Clinical background or experience supporting clinical/informatics teams
+ 4+ years of experience in healthcare IT, consulting, or implementations
+ Experience supporting Federal/Public Sector healthcare environments
+ Experience with EHR implementation, go-live and sustainment support
**Expectations:**
+ **Willing to travel up to 80% as required**
+ Operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability as an individual contributor

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
