Parts Counterperson / Dealership Parts Advisor - Beaverton Nissan
Beaverton Nissan is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our growing Parts Department. In this role, you will assist both retail and wholesale customers, support technicians with accurate parts sourcing, and help maintain a well-organized, efficient parts operation. A collaborative environment where everyone helps each other. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday Compensation: Salary + Commission What You Will Do: Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish. Work back counter. Wholesale parts sales. Parts delivery as needed. Assists with online parts store. Check in and receipt orders as they arrive throughout the day. Respond to e-mails and faxed orders. Answer parts department phone calls. Places replenishment stock orders with Manufacturer. Cashiers' customers out for parts transactions. Pulls and ships out customer and wholesale orders. Puts away replenishment stock. Make sure necessary paperwork gets to the office daily. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 1 year Previous parts department experience required. 2 years preferred. Valid Driver's License. Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities. Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve. Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications. High School Diploma or GED (required).
