Call Center Rep
Pet Services (Part-Time Weekdays)
ShotVet is hiring on-site call center agents for our Longwood, FL office. Join a fast-growing team helping pet parents find events, access records, and book services. Schedule: Weekdays, weekend availability a plus! ~27-32 hours/week Required weekday coverage: Wednesdays & Fridays Must cover 11 AM2 PM (mid-shift; typically 11 AM6 PM or similar) May start earlier as long as 11 AM2 PM is covered 68 hour shifts On-site (not remote) What You'll Do: Answer calls/chats and assist clients Provide info on services and products Schedule appointments and support field teams Maintain and update client records Assist with administrative tasks What You Need: HS Diploma or GED College grads welcome! Strong communication skills Ability to multitask calls/chats Friendly, helpful attitude Nice to Have: Call center or veterinary experience Sales experience with metrics Familiarity with Dialpad Bilingual (English/Spanish)
