Job Summary:

The Director of IT - Enterprise Applications is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of enterprise-wide businessapplications. This leader ensures alignment between technology solutions and businessobjectives, drives digital transformation initiatives, and oversees application governance,security, performance, and scalability.

The role partners closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver reliable, innovative, and cost-eDective enterprise solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute the enterprise applications strategy aligned withorganizational goals.
* Lead digital transformation and modernization initiatives across core businesssystems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
* Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance operationaleDiciency and business value.
* Establish application roadmaps and multi-year investment plans.
* Oversee lifecycle management of enterprise applications (selection,implementation, upgrades, retirement).
* Ensure integration, interoperability, and scalability across platforms.
* Optimize system performance, availability, and user experience.
* Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers.
* Build, mentor, and lead high-performing application development and supportteams.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Define organizational structure, roles, and skill development plans.
* Oversee large-scale system implementations and enhancements.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Partner with PMO and business leaders to prioritize initiatives.
* Establish governance frameworks for enterprise applications.
* Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
* Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to mitigate risks.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business units.
* Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions.
* Communicate performance metrics and system health to executives.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field(Master's preferred).
* 15+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing enterprise applications.
* Proven experience leading ERP/CRM implementations on SAP.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
* Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integration, APIs, and cloudplatforms.
* Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT).
* Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
* Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
* Strategic thinking and business acumen.
* Strong communication and executive presence.
* Financial and budget management expertise.
* Change management and organizational transformation experience.

Salary Range

$200,000 - $232,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
