In this unique internship opportunity, you will obtain Sales Operations experience supporting our National Accounts department by interacting with several types of customers using a wide array of products. National Accounts is a service we provide for various professional segments (including National Accounts such as Walmart, H&M, and Franchise Painters) that have a specific business approach and special billing needs. Additionally, this role will interact with our Field Sales team and independent retailers who support the National Accounts Partnership Program.
Responsibilities
- Support for the large National Account projects
- Communicate with retailers, Benjamin Moore sales reps, and contractors
- Assist in the vetting process for Welcome emails
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track account information using Excel and Smartsheet
- Update all existing process documents, forms/templates and file paths into a reference guide for sales and sales operations
- Analyze franchise painter and corporate account sales reporting
- Assist with the National Account draw down request process
- Support CRM data quality efforts by reviewing, consolidating, and resolving duplicate or inaccurate customer account records.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Smartsheet (Preferred)
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and timely follow through
- Solid work ethic, well-organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills are required to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business.
- Willingness to travel locally
