The Assistant Director of Athletics for Sports Performance is a leadership position responsible for the development, coordination, and daily operation of the school's Sports Performance program and the Athletic and Wellness Center. This role provides programmatic oversight of sports performance, strength and conditioning, wellness programming, and facility operations, ensuring safe, effective, and mission-aligned use of the school's athletic resources. Working closely with the Director of Athletics, head coaches, and the Counseling and Wellness teams, the Assistant Director supports student-athlete development through intentional programming that integrates physical performance, injury prevention, recovery, and mental performance. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on instruction, teaching, and supervision, and plays a key role in supporting both athletic excellence and student well-being across the school community. | |
