What Neighborhood Marketers Do:
- Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
- Spark interest and schedule appointments for product demonstrations
- Educate potential customers about Mr. Rogers Windows' high-quality window and door solutions
- Follow established Mr. Rogers Windows policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience
Who We Need:
- Motivated, goal-oriented individuals who thrive on results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be 18+ and able to work outdoors, have reliable transportation, and able to follow strict attendance policy
- Able to work Monday through Friday 11:00am - 6:30pm (35 hours a week)

Job Qualifications

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
? Must be very outgoing and enjoy working with and meeting new people
? Ability to multi-task and adapt to new and changing situations
? Must have the capacity to learn all products and services that Mr. Rogers Windows offers
? Ability to work scheduled hours, including weekends.
Education/Experience
? High School Graduate or equivalent
? Experience in direct sales, customer service, marketing helpful
