The Role Phoenix neighborhoods are your office. The script is proven, the areas are chosen for you, and your job is to show up with energy and start conversations.
As an Appointment Setter, your day is built around structured field time with team support and coaching to keep you on track. You’re not closing deals at the door — you’re starting the conversation, generating interest, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. Most reps are confident in the script within a couple of days and hitting the field shortly after. D2D experience is a strong plus but not required — if you have the energy and the mindset, we will train you.
What You’ll Do
Introduce homeowners to Simply the Best Windows and set qualified appointments
Follow a proven script and refine your approach with ongoing coaching
Attend daily team meetings for support and accountability
