We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings Pivot to insurance products Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying Assist with other clerical duties as needed to support the team Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Friendly and approachable personality Why Join Us:

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
