Processing Specialist
to join our team in Monterey Park. This role focuses on high-level transaction decisioning and the sorting of non-standard or rejected items. If you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and have a keen eye for accuracy, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

: Overnight | Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat (12:00 AM - 8:30 AM)
Days Off
: Tuesday & Sunday
Key Responsibilities
Reject Decisioning:
Pull rejected transactions using reports and audit trails; perform sorting and decision-making on complex items.
Mail Extraction & Scanning:
Operate high-speed equipment including I-Tran, IMBL, and OPEX (30, 40, 50/51, 150 Falcon) for mail extraction.
Complex Processing:
Manage medium to high complexity client sorting based on specific processing instructions.
Performance Standards:
Maintain consistent accuracy and output in accordance with established department benchmarks.
Collaboration:
Assist with team training as needed and work effectively with both independent tasks and group goals.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Strong computer literacy and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
Ability to lift up to
25 lbs
and stand for long periods.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a "team player" mentality.
Preferred Requirements:
At least
1 year
of experience in a similar processing or warehouse/clerical environment.
Experience in a deadline-oriented setting.
