Product-minded designer
You think in systems, flows, and outcomes - not just screens. You bring clarity to ambiguous problems and challenge assumptions.
High visual standards
You have strong taste and a deep understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, and color. You know what "polished" looks like and how to achieve it.
Figma expert
You create clean, scalable, and developer-friendly files using components, auto-layout, variants, and responsive design principles.
AI-native
You actively use AI tools as part of your design workflow to increase speed and improve output quality.
Fast and detail-oriented
You can move quickly from concept to execution while maintaining a high bar for quality.
Ownership-driven
You take responsibility for your work from idea through to shipped product and proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years designing consumer-facing digital products Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping) Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and execution Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, hierarchy) Experience building or contributing to a design system Ability to design for all states (edge cases, errors, loading, etc.) Active use of AI tools in your workflow (non-negotiable) Ability to produce high-quality work in fast-paced environments Willingness to relocate or be based in a major U.S. hub
