Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and executing U.S./Japan cross-border strategies in property investment acquisition, construction, sales, brokerage, property/asset management, and exit strategies.
• Requires thorough knowledge and expertise in both real estate markets, cultural fluency, language skills, finance, tax regulations, and ability to manage integrated real estate investment operations.

Qualifications

• U.S. Bachelor's Degree in any field of study.
• Two (2) years of employment experience as an Advisor, Growth Officer, or Manager position involving U.S. and Japanese real estate markets.
• Ability to work in Minneapolis, MN.
• Must have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
