Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a team of relationship managers and analysts who cover Asset Managers and Funds.
- Lead on setting up the team’s strategy based on the bank's business development strategy and solicit targeted clients to engage in business
- Establish business relationships and promote bank products and services to prospective clients
- Align strategic, capital and financial plans to risk management goals
- Supervise RMs to perform portfolio monitoring at transactional level
- Understand client needs and identify potential business opportunities with prospective clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years experience working in banking, covering asset managers and funds
- Established experience managing teams
