General Description

The Director of Continuing Education (CE) is responsible for development, operation, evaluation, and supervision of continuing education (vocational, avocational, and customized corporate). These initiatives are conducted in response to community and student needs and reflect changes in the workforce and community demographics.

Requirements

This position requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of three (3) years workforce or higher education experience in program development and/or management. Knowledge of grant application and grant administration is required. This position requires excellent management skill, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills (written and oral), exceptional organizational skills, computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multi-task. A criminal background check is required.
