Overview
Director of Analog Engineering – Semiconductor – We are looking for a Director of Analog Engineering to join a high-performance design team based in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This role leads a group of engineers working on advanced memory interface solutions powering data-intensive applications.
Base pay range: $170,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr. This range is provided by IC Resources. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of analog and mixed-signal design engineers.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and risk management while driving technical direction.
- Define architecture and guide implementation of high-speed, low-power analog/mixed-signal DDR PHYs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to ensure smooth execution and innovation.
- Provide oversight across layout, documentation, customer engagement, and post-silicon activities.
Qualifications
- MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of analog/mixed-signal design experience.
- Proven success in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Strong background in chip design, ideally with DDR products.
- Knowledge of Verilog coding, static timing analysis, and Matlab/Simulink modeling is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
