About the Role

We’re hiring a Field Service Representative to support our operations in the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia area. This is a hands‑on, travel‑based position ideal for someone looking to gain experience and establish a career in the orthopedic and medical device field.

You’ll work closely with our Sales Representative to ensure patients receive timely, professional, and high‑quality service—from the moment they’re contacted to the completion of their fitting and follow‑up care. The role combines patient interaction, administrative organization, and logistical support. You'll have flexibility to make your own schedule as long as patient needs are met.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000 annual salary plus bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the regional Sales Representative with day‑to‑day operations.
  • Contact patients to coordinate appointments and fittings.
  • Retrieve and prepare products for patient fittings.
  • Complete all related paperwork accurately for billing and compliance.
  • Treat Protected Health Information (PHI) with confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
  • Follow up with patients after fittings to ensure satisfaction.
  • Field incoming calls from patients and either assist directly or route inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain organized records and communicate clearly with internal departments.
  • Travel throughout the DMV region regularly using a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative work a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to travel extensively within the region.

Training and Development

Training is comprehensive and ongoing , ensuring you gain the knowledge and confidence to provide exceptional service and eventually progress within the organization.

Schedule

Standard weekday hours with occasional flexibility based on patient scheduling needs. Representatives can make their own schedule as long as the patient's needs are taken care of.
