What You’ll Lead

  • Engineering – Field Engineers & Application Engineers - 3 Direct Reports to Start and Growing Significantly
  • Custom Solutions & Services – Technical Specialists, Trainers, Production & Scheduling
  • Fabrication & Assembly Teams

What You’ll Do

  • Set the vision, strategy, and operating model for the Engineering organization
  • Scale teams and capabilities to support growth across markets and customers
  • Act as senior technical authority and escalation point for complex challenges
  • Drive delivery of engineered solutions, field services, training, and custom fabrication
  • Ensure engineering excellence, safety, quality, and best practices
  • Balance solution standardization with high‑value customization
  • Partner closely with Sales to support solution selling and technical win strategies
  • Support key customer engagements, technical reviews, and executive presentations
  • Oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, and on‑time delivery
  • Own margins, utilization, and continuous process improvement
  • Build, develop, and retain top engineering and technical talent

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related)
