Job Overview

To manage and motivate all equipment sales personnel in the selling, renting and servicing of Komatsu construction equipment and its related inventory. To manage sales built upon company objectives, customer service and profitability.

Scope Annual budget sales goals achieved and margins maintained. Sales staff adequately trained and motivated to achieve individual goals. Key Job Responsibilities

Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.

Operate Company sales within budget as set forth by company. Monitor and approve expenses for team.

Provide and ensure a positive work environment and high integrity.

Motivate salespeople to reach company and personal goals in accordance with Company guidelines.

Conduct team meetings to facilitate cooperation, communication, and accountability and to ensure that work priorities are synchronized with the strategic plan.

Manage all areas of CE sales to ensure acceptable margins of profitability.

Communicate market conditions and long-term vision to all employeesby conducting sales training on a regular basis including mentoring and coaching team to ensure our salespeople have the latest material and resources to service customers.

Implement corporate sales initiatives and monitor performance.

Manage distribution of sales accounts to maintain optimal levels of sales.

Analyze sales revenue and margins weekly with accounting and sales dept.

Monitor the Customer Relationship Management tool for use and effectiveness.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred

Minimum of 5 years sales experience in construction equipment or similar field

2 years in sales management

Leadership skills and decision making ability

Strong interpersonal communication skills

General business management and accounting

Knowledge of customer management systems

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams

Strong decisionmaking and leadership skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationshipbuilding abilities

Solid understanding of business operations, budgeting, and basic accounting principles

Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage sales performance

Ability to analyze sales data, margins, and market trends to drive results
