Pay: Starting $21.00/hr. (depending on relevant experience)
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Days: Monday - Friday

As acustomer servicerepresentative with us the minimum responsibilities are: Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes inservice. Accepting payments from customers, researchingcustomer billinginquiries and updating customer account information. Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determineservicerequirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seeks cost-effective, safe environmentally sound solutions toserviceissues.
What we need from you: 2 years ofhigh volumeCustomer Serviceexperience Experience withMicrosoft Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent verbal andwritten communicationskills Bilingual preferred
