Please note, this is an in-office position. Candidates MUST be within commuting distance of Geneseo, NY. Pay Rate: $17.20 - $17.75 per hour + monthly bonus opportunities Shift:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Daytime Hours *Flexible scheduling within business hours. *One weekday per week extends until 9:00 PM. *Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

High school diploma or GED Minimum
1 year of collections experience Strong reading comprehension, communication, and typing abilities Comfortable navigating modern office systems and data tools Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow structured procedures and work independently Must be within commuting distance of Geneseo, NY (in-office only) How You'll Make an Impact:
Contact individuals with delinquent accounts to discuss repayment options Make outbound and inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy Conduct skip-tracing to locate updated contact or employment details Negotiate payments or escalate more complex cases appropriately Document all interactions clearly while following the scripts verbatim Verify account details for special circumstances, such as disability or bankruptcy Ensure compliance with state, federal, and internal guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
