We are hiring for a Head of Marketing to lead this pivot. You will inherit a product with $100M+ ARR. Backed by a $XXM+ budget, your job is to build the brand identity, drive the demand Generation strategy, and establish us as the leader in autonomous revenue operations.

Category Creation:
Pioneer the "AI Revenue Engine" narrative. Distinguish the company from legacy giants (Salesforce, HubSpot) and new wave AI-native tools (Attio, Clay).
Revenue Growth:
Own the strategy to drive +40% YoY growth, optimizing CAC, increasing pipeline velocity, and demonstrating marketing’s direct contribution to revenue.
Product Marketing:
Spearhead GTM for new AI-powered features and consumption models, covering sales enablement and executive launch events.
Team Building:
Scale a marketing organization across product marketing, demand gen, content, and brand, moving the company from a CRM to a standalone powerhouse.
Your Experience & Skills
12+ years B2B SaaS marketing leadership
with 5+ senior/executive years.
Proven track record scaling marketing from $50M to $150M+ ARR.
Experience managing $30M+ budgets with demonstrated ROI and pipeline impact.
AI product marketing or category creation
experience—marketing truly transformative technology.
Built and led teams of 15+ across multiple marketing disciplines.
Deep expertise in demand gen, product marketing, brand building, and customer marketing for
SMB/mid‑market segments .
Data‑driven approach with strong analytical skills and martech stack proficiency.
Exceptional executive presence and cross‑functional leadership.
Preferred:
Experience at AI-native SaaS companies or marketing AI/ML‑powered products.
Background in revenue operations or competitive repositioning against incumbents.
Experience with consumption/usage‑based pricing models.
Global marketing experience across North America and EMEA.

Locations outside New York City may see different ranges based on cost of labor.
