About the Role We are seeking a Regional Director (BCBA) to oversee our growing Georgia area (currently 2 clinics, with expansion planned).
This role is ideal for a BCBA who is ready to step into higher-level leadership, with the opportunity to transition from a partially clinical role into a more strategic, growth‑focused position over time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight across multiple clinic locations
Support and guide Clinical Directors and clinical teams
Ensure high‑quality, ethical, and effective ABA services
Assist with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical decision‑making as needed
Drive staff development, mentorship, and retention
Partner with leadership on clinic growth and expansion (including new locations)
Monitor performance, outcomes, and overall clinic success
Maintain compliance with BACB and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification required
Experience consistent with Clinical Director‑level roles (leadership + clinical)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for supporting both clients and clinical teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
