is a residential treatment program that provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women who are referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies both locally and across the country. The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness and violence. They graduate from Falcon Ridge Ranch as educated young women who have overcome challenges and have demonstrated making healthy choices for themselves and for their future. Pay

and more! What you will do

The Deputy Program Director is responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as-well-as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices and laws. This person is responsible for the day-to-day site operations including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions and marketing, and staff development and training. Be empathetic, patient, consistent, and compassionate, have an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect. Have a BA/BS in a related field (Master’s Degree or Clinical License preferred). Have a minimum of four years of experience in residential treatment facility management; clinical experience preferred. Possess a working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture behavior modification program. Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test. Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry. Schedule
