We’re working with a fast-growing consumer tech business that has scaled rapidly since launching in 2022 and now supports a global community of over one million users, with expansion across the US, Canada and Australia and plans to launch in the EU later this year. They’re now looking for a Video Content Creator to produce engaging social media content and high-performing video ads that support brand growth and performance marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Edit raw, existing and generated footage into short-form social media ads Create multiple hooks and variations from the same video content Add captions, music and sound effects to optimise engagement Use tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar Generate new video concepts using AI tools and emerging technologies Publish and manage content across social platforms Track performance metrics (hook rate, hold rate, engagement) and optimise content accordingly Experience Proven experience creating engaging social media video content Strong video editing skills (3+ years with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut) Understanding of short-form social content and performance marketing Comfortable analysing content performance and improving results through data Experience running or supporting Meta / Facebook ads Background in consumer, e-commerce or social-first brands #J-18808-Ljbffr
