Staxmatic, LLC is seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Foreman to lead and coordinate commercial mechanical installations, repairs, and system start‑ups across active construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands‑on field leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, drives crew performance, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. The Mechanical HVAC Foreman provides direct supervision to field crews and serves as a key link between Superintendents, Project Managers, and craft personnel, supporting productivity, schedule adherence, safety compliance, and overall jobsite execution. Lead and coordinate daily activities of assigned mechanical and HVAC crews, ensuring productivity, quality, and schedule goals are met Supervise installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, equipment, and related mechanical components Mentor, train, and support crew members; lead toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture Participate in project planning, including work sequencing, manpower forecasting, and short‑term scheduling Operate or oversee the use of equipment such as backhoes, forklifts, man lifts, and power tools as required Inspect work in progress and completed installations to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards Identify and communicate material shortages, constructability issues, safety concerns, and schedule impacts to project leadership Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite, proactively identifying and eliminating hazards Ensure proper use, care, and tracking of tools, equipment, and materials assigned to the crew Partner with Project Management and Superintendents to deliver quality results and a positive client experience Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required 3+ years of relevant commercial mechanical or HVAC field experience Demonstrated ability to lead crews, meet deadlines, and maintain high safety and quality standards Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical installations, and construction sequencing OSHA 10 certification required Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements Ability to pass background check and drug screen Preferred Qualifications

OSHA 30 certification Experience working on commercial construction projects (K–12, healthcare, higher education, data centers, or large commercial facilities) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications (iPad/iPhone usage) Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Daily work on active commercial construction jobsites Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work at heights Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs as required Use of required PPE at all times on job sites Learn more: www.staxmatic.com
