We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and responsible Racquet Sports Camp Assistant to support our summer camp programs. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of racquet sports activities, including tennis, or pickleball, and lunch. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sports who enjoys working with children and thrives in a team-oriented, indoor-outdoor environment. Essential Job Functions
Assist lead instructors in organizing and running racquet sport activities Help set up and break down courts and equipment each day Provide hands‑on instruction and encouragement to campers of various skill levels Ensure camper safety by monitoring activities and enforcing camp rules Demonstrate sportsmanship, enthusiasm, and professionalism at all times Support campers with hydration, sunscreen reminders, and positive encouragement Maintain the cleanliness and organization of racquet sports areas Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required Step in for other camp‑related duties as needed Other duties as assigned.
