Our Client is a renowned Real Estate Developer and Property Management company. They are seeking an Assistant Property Manager (APM) for one of their most notable Manhattan buildings.

Job Description Salary: $75,000 - $80,000

The Assistant Property Manager provides the vital first impression to the residents and guests of a hospitality-focused NYC tenant experience. The APM will have general knowledge of all functions relating to the management of a property and interact with tenants and vendors on a regular basis.

Act as the primary day to day contact for tenants.

Develop professional and appropriately familiar relations with tenants and guests through consistent personal interaction.

Coordinate and oversee property events.

Support the property leasing effort in conjunction with the leasing team, facilitating and conducting tours and other events as required.

Provide front desk coverage as needed.

Provide primary oversight of full-service tenant experience.

Manage property amenities and the delivery of related services to tenants.

Manage tenant and guest communications during building emergencies or preparedness drills.

Salary range: $90-110,000.

Job Requirements

Hospitality industry/Events management background preferred.

Undergraduate college degree required.

3+ years of progressive experience in a supervisory customer/tenant/guest service role.

3+ years of progressive experience in hotel or property/facility operations experience, including personnel management, contracting and management of building services, building security, conference center management, departmental budgeting and expense management.

Knowledge of real estate accounting software preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals, operational procedures, certificates of insurance, and contract administration.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is an on-site position; NO hybrid capabilities.
