This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in New Orleans, LA, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The agent will be responsible for client representation in real estate transactions, market research, property evaluations, and property showings. Responsibilities also include preparing and negotiating contract agreements, networking with potential clients, and staying informed on local real estate trends to provide exceptional service aligned with client needs. Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales practices Proven skills in Customer Service and ability to build lasting relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team Familiarity with the greater New Orleans Metro real estate market is a plus Proficiency with real estate technology tools is highly desirable
