We are partnering with a large, complex organization in the Greater Boston area seeking a senior Human Resources leader to support executive and operational teams in a highly regulated environment.
This role will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, aligning workforce strategy with business objectives across a multi-site, service-driven organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and leadership support within environments that require strict regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior and executive leadership to develop and execute workforce and organizational strategies
Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation
Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, transformation, and process improvement efforts
Collaborate with HR functional teams to align programs such as compensation, talent management, and workforce planning with business needs
Influence leadership decision-making through data-driven insights and workforce analytics
Lead and mentor HR team members while promoting a high-performing, collaborative culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles
Experience supporting large, complex, multi-site organizations
Strong background in employee relations, organizational development, and workforce strategy
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive business outcomes through HR initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in
highly regulated environments
(e.g., healthcare, life sciences, or similar)
Background supporting unionized workforces or labor relations
Experience with enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar platforms)
