Cresten is seeking a motivated and HR Generalist to join our team. As the HR Generalist - Employee Relations and Compliance, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment for our employees while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations by investigating and resolving employee issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Conduct internal audits to assess and improve HR practices and processes. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Coordinate and conduct training sessions on HR-related topics. Participate in the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives and projects. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and compliance. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Organizational skills and attention to detail. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
