Role Description The Junior Mortgage Warehouse Lending Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kennesaw, GA. The specialist will assist in processing mortgage warehouse lending transactions, conducting data entry and documentation reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, fostering customer relationships, preparing loan reports, and supporting the team with ongoing administrative tasks. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering professional and efficient service.
Qualifications
Proficiency in data entry, record management, and financial documentation processes
Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with mortgage lending processes, compliance regulations, and loan documentation standards
Basic financial analysis and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Previous experience in the banking, financial services, or mortgage sectors is a plus
