Role Description This is a contract Real Estate Agent position located on-site in Independence, MO. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties within the Kansas City Metro area. The role requires providing excellent customer service, conducting property showings, negotiating transactions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, and preparing necessary documentation.

Qualifications

A valid Real Estate License is required

Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions

Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service

Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently

Familiarity with the Kansas City Metro area is preferred
