Human Resources Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Provide HR support to the overseas business team, quickly understanding business operations, team structure, and cultural dynamics.
Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for key local overseas positions, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Support overseas employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, probation management, and contract handling.
Participate in organizing cross-cultural exchange activities and team-building events to promote integration between corporate culture and local culture.
Assist in the implementation and follow-up of local talent development programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Labor and Social Security, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proficiency in English&Chinese as working languages.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and report writing.
Strong communication skills, logical thinking, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
