Leasing Consultant
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents by providing information about available properties, amenities, and leasing terms
Conduct property tours and showcase features to prospective tenants
Process rental applications, verify references, and coordinate background checks
Prepare and execute lease agreements and related documentation
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and follow up with prospects
Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction
Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote available units
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing regulations
Positive attitude and professional appearance
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management is a plus
