SUMMARY OF THE JOB In this role, you are a business focused Business Analyst in our Salesforce Center of Excellence and are primarily the bridge between business stakeholders and the Salesforce Delivery Team. You are responsible for deeply understanding business processes across banking areas – Retail, Commercial, Treasury, Investment Services and beyond – and translating those needs into clear Salesforce requirements, written user stories and development clarification.
You will work closely with the COE leadership to align initiatives with strategic goals, ensuring the solution solves the business pain points and delivers measurable value.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, in a Salesforce environment (financial services, banking, consulting).
Strong understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features, functionalities, and best practices.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a collaborative environment.
Salesforce certification (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst) is a plus.
